The Remo Powermax 2 Ebony Crimplock 32" Marching Bass Drumhead is one of the most heavy-duty marching bass heads available, built for programs that need serious low-end punch and the durability to withstand heavy playing for as long as possible. These heads are constructed from two plies of 7-mil Ebony film, and a Bottom Black Dot adds a third layer of reinforcement in the center of the head, making it noticeably more resistant to wear than a standard 2-ply head. The result is a super punchy, focused sound that holds up indoors and out, whether you're on the field for a DCI show or inside an arena for WGI.

The pre-installed free-floating muffling ring controls sustain to maximize punch, and the high-tension Crimplock hoop allows these heads to hold under high tension, which is needed to get these thick heads to sound their best. At 32", the Powermax 2 delivers an impressive thump that won't drown out other parts of a split.
