Description
The Grover TT2 Medium General Gong Beater is a red yarn wound beater in marimba mallet style, with a specially weighted hard rubber radial core. This core pulls the fundamental tones from gongs and tam tams. Solid New England hardwood handles, with a smooth satin finish, are a comfortable length to reach the optimum beating spot.

If you are going to have one gong mallet this is it. I find myself using this mallet more than any other and going back to it again and again. Perfect weight and handle length for moments both delicate and earth shaking. "Grab the red one!"
