Decent, but not worth the money

This is a fine book; it has a lot of good warm-up ideas, but I would definitely not pay $30 for it. It is relatively short and somewhat of a compilation of warm-ups covered in other standard warm-up materials (think things like Stick Control and the Peters Intermediate book's first couple of etudes), but it doesn't really tell you much technique-wise. If you have the money and want some nice polyrhythm exercises, go ahead. However, overall, I wouldn't spend $30 on this.
