Sonor KS-1465-SDS Kompressor Steel Snare Drum - 14" x 6.5"

The SONOR Kompressor 14x6.5 Steel Snare Drum delivers powerful projection, sensitive response, and the characteristic SONOR sound in a versatile workhorse snare. Its 1mm steel shell provides a strong, articulate voice with plenty of attack and presence, making it well suited for a wide range of musical styles and both live and studio applications.

SONOR's Optimum Shell Measurement (OSM) slightly reduces the shell diameter, allowing the drumheads to vibrate more freely for improved response and resonance. The Kompressor is also equipped with TuneSafe lugs for dependable tuning stability, 2.3mm Power Hoops, 45-degree bearing edges, and REMO USA drumheads. Finished in chrome-plated steel with matching chrome hardware, this 14x6.5 snare combines professional performance with a clean, classic appearance.
