The Vater V-FEM30M Front Ensemble Series Medium Marimba Mallets deliver deep fundamental tone and smooth ensemble blending. The medium option bridges the gap between defined articulation and lush, warm resonance, making them ideal for chordal accompaniment, chorales, and general playing across the middle and lower registers of the marimba. Wrapped with a durable synthetic wool and yarn blend, the V-FEM30M mallets withstand moisture and varying weather conditions. The large rubber core adds warmth and projection, and the rigid 11/32" satin birch shafts provide maximum stability and leverage, making them great for cymbal work as well.
