The Vater V-FEM40MH Front Ensemble Series Medium-Hard Marimba Mallets are designed to meet the needs of indoor and outdoor marching percussion ensembles. These mallets feature synthetic-wool blended yarn for added weather resistance and durability, and a weighted rubber core for added warmth and projection. The 11/32" satin birch shafts provide superior strength and weight compared to concert handles. The extra rigidity and balanced leverage make them versatile enough to handle marimba passages, suspended cymbal swells, and cymbal crashes with ease.
